Cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka, India and Burma. According to myth, Phoenix gathered Cinnamon, Myrrh and Nardus and used them in the fire from which it was reborn. Its mild but spicy scent combined with milk, create an essence of well-being that awakens the senses.
